What's
life all about?
Most of us have asked ourselves, "What
is life all about? Why am I here on this earth? Where did I come
from? Where will I go when I die? Does anyone really care about
me and my needs?" The Scriptures have answers to these and
many other questions.
God's Purpose
God wants His creatures, spirit beings and human
beings, to know who He is and what He has done for them. From
reading the Bible we learn that God is the creator and sustainer
of all things. It tells us that He is holy, truthful, righteous,
all powerful, all knowing, good, loving and much more.
Man's Need
Because we've all sinned and come short of God's
standard, we deserve to be eternally separated from God in hell.
All of our self-righteous works can't make us acceptable to God
and get us into heaven. We can't save ourselves.
God's Provision
Realizing that man couldn't save himself, God
the Father sent His only begotten Son to this earth to die in
our place for our sins. But a dead man can't help any of us. So
Christ rose again bodily from the dead and appeared to over 500
people to verify his resurrection.
Our Responsibility
Knowing the facts of Christ's death and resurrection
isn't enough to save us. We must personally believe in Him and
accept His substitutionary death and resurrection as our own.
Those who ignore or reject Christ as their personal Savior will
be eternally separated from God in hell. Don't delay.
Believe in Christ today. He alone can save us.
