   The Pastor's Area Of Authority

   1. Authority to preach the Word of God as the Holy Spirit leads.
2 Timothy 4:2; 1 Timothy 5:17; Acts 20:28, 1 Peter 5:2

   2. Authority to set spiritual objectives for the flock.

   3. Authority to oversee that Scripture is followed in the overall activity of the church.

   4. Authority to warn of false doctrine and spiritual dangers.
